Martin 000-28 Acoustic Guitar with HSC in mint condition in San Francisco, California For Sale

I purchased this guitar new about a year ago. I played it a lot (only at home) and really enjoyed it, however, I discovered parlor guitars and am only playing the smaller sizes (0,00) in 12 fret configurations. This guitar is in mint condition with no dings, dents or scratches (case has a few scrapes).
