This young (~2 yrs old) doxie mix came from unknown circumstances and was initally saved by a local rescuer. SHe asked Rocket Dog to help find him a home as the supply in her town was more than the demand.Cooper is still unsure of the many recent changes (being uprooted, transported to the big city and placed in unfamiliar surroundings) it is really scary when you are only 12 lbs. Cooper does like the company of other dogs but we are not sure about cats. That being said, he is settling into his foster home and his fears are slowly melting awaywith a good diet, vet care, and steady presence of his foster people, he will be ready to tackle the next stage of his lifewill you be a part of that?
